Hi, I'm Daniel Rosenthal.
I’m a husband, dad of two girls, and a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. 2026 marks my 10th year in the fitness industry. In that time I’ve worked with hundreds of women to help them take back control of their weight.
I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and sustainable habit change - without the all-or-nothing mentality that’s failed so many times before.
Fun Facts…
I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day and live on fast food.
I lost 30 pounds of body fat and built 15 pounds of muscle by changing my habits - slowly, and without giving up the foods I love.
I’ll always be honest and tell you the truth, even if it’s not what you want to hear.
