Hi, I’m Daniel Rosenthal
I'm a husband, a father of two girls, and a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
As you can see from the photo above, I didn’t start in great shape.
I was an overweight chain-smoker, getting through 40 cigarettes a day and living off fast food. I hated how I looked and felt - but I didn’t know how to change.
Eventually, I got sick of starting over. I quit smoking, started lifting weights, and began learning everything I could about nutrition. I lost over 30 pounds of body fat, gained 15 pounds of muscle, and completely changed the way I live.
Today, I help women over 40 - especially busy moms with careers - lose weight and build healthy habits that actually last.
I started working as a personal trainer in 2017 and have spent thousands of hours working one-to-one with clients. In 2020, I moved my coaching fully online, and since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women feel strong, confident, and in control again.
