I treat each client as the individual they are. After a detailed discussion about your goals and a thorough assessment of your unique movement abilities, I’ll create a dynamic workout program from scratch specifically for you. No two clients will ever be given the same program.
About Me
i’m DANIEL
Originally from England, I’ve been working as a personal trainer at Equinox Bay Street, Toronto, since early 2017.
I used to be an overweight chain-smoker. At one point I was smoking 40 cigarettes every day, and survived on a diet of junk and fast food.
I decided to clean up my act. I quit smoking, started studying nutrition, and learnt about fitness. I’ve since dropped 40 lb of body fat and built 25 lb of muscle.
Now I help others get in shape.
